Digital products, all sales final

Every Karteria product is delivered instantly as a digital download. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the download has been accessed.

If your file won't download, is corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly, email hello@karteriahub.comwithin 14 days and we'll make it right, a fixed file or, where appropriate, a refund.

EU/UK customers, right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the download begins. You confirm this at checkout.
